AMD recommends a minimum of a 400w power supply for the 7750, so your 500w will be enough.

Yes, a 500W power supply will be more than enough. You can probably even get away with a 400W or 450W. If I can give you a little advise, make sure you buy a PSU from a decent brand, and not only that, one that gets good user reviews (check Amazon, tomshardware, ...). Your PSU will cost you about $50-60 but if you buy an unreliable cheap PSU from an unknown brand, it can fry up all the other expensive hardware in your case! It's like paying for a good insurance, it often pays off to spend that tiny little extra. Also make sure you have at least an 80 plus bronze power supply. If it's any less, you'll lose your savings in your electricity bill. The better the energy rating, the more you'll save over time.

Yes, even a decent 400w (80+, Quality parts and high 12+ amperage) could do the job
