Google "circuit training" and create your own routine to do at home. An example would be several rounds of back-to-back exercises (push-ups, squats, sit-ups, pull-ups, and lunges). You can do these in your living room and need no equipment, other than a pull-up bar. The key thing about exercising is variety and consistency. Make sure you train every area of your body and make sure you are consistent (3-5x/week). You won't see results for about 6-8 weeks. Also, it goes without saying, but watch your diet. No junk food and no fast-food. A high protein diet is best.

Hi Madison, you may want to look into Focus T25 which is a home workout dvd program created by Shaun T, trainer of Insanity. T25 was mainly created for people who are busy or lazy to get started with working out. As the name implies, it's only 25 minutes a day for 5 days of the week. No equipment is needed except for a resistance band towards later sessions. Have a look and see if it fits you.
