I will explain to you how to calculate what you should weigh: Since you are 5 feet tall already we start from there. Since 100 pounds is the healthy weight for someone who is only 5 feet, for every extra inch you add 5 pounds. So for your height the equation would be: 100+5(7)= 135 pounds. For your height, a healthy weight for you would be, 135 pounds. Hope this helps! :D :D
