You are not obese but overweight. Excercise. Walking is a great way to lose a few unwanted lbs as is riding a bike. Walk everywhere you can. If you drink soda.....stop. Drink a lot of water and juice. dont eat fast food. Eat healthy. Things that arent greasy or fried, and cut out sweeta. Its ok to indulge once in a while in them, just not everyday. You dont need to be bulimic to lose weight. Talk to your parents, tell them how you feel, and maybe you can go grocery shopping to help u pick out healthy foods and snacks

You are not obese. I don't believe you hit obese until you are 190 pounds and overweight at 170 pounds. Don't do yo yo diets anymore because it will ruin your metabolism. Eat this to lose weight: Breakfast: oatmeal Lunch: lettuce dipped in mustard for flavouring (depending on the brand, mustard sometimes has 0 calories) or some other vegetable like cauliflower, broccoli etc... Dinner: 1 bowl of home made chicken soup That's under 1100 calories and it keeps you full

No not obese but eat 1200 calories a day of food and you should lose weight, DIET is the main part of losing weight! If exercising is making you hungry or want to eat more, then you should limit your exercise. Still exercise but please realize that a healthy diet is really what is important for losing weight.
