If it is ordered by the courts of course. The non custodial parent IS a parent so still must support the child. It has nothing to do with remarriage or not. The only way it is stopped is if the custodial parent does it.

Yes the non-custodial, biological parent still has to pay child support. The law never expects a person who is not the biological father to take on financial responsibility. That is up to the real parents.

If your name is on the birth certificate, YOU are responsible, NOT the person your ex marries. That's how it should be. Would YOU want to be responsible for someone else's kid?

Yes, of course. It's child support, not alimony. Getting married does not absolve you from your responsibilities to your child.
