Paradoxically, you will GAIN weight if you habitually skip dinner....your metabolism will infer there is a "food shortage", go into starvation mode, and send what calories you DO consume straight to storage! Eat what you eat now, but spread out over the day into five or more meals...and triple the amount of exercise you take... Realistically you can lose 1-2lbs a week...so you MIGHT shed about 30 lbs by August...
