First off you need to cut out all the junk food This includes take outs,fizzy/sugary drinks,,fatty foods & other foods similar to this A good diet would be: Breakfast: organic porridge with low fat milk & fruit Lunch:fresh chicken salad,,handful of almonds,,natural youghurt & fruit Dinner: baked fish ( no batter or breadcrumbs),,vegetables(3-4) & maybe a small baked potato Foods which help lower blood sugar are Almonds & cinnamon The only drink you should have is water or diet drinks(though these should be a treat) Exercise regularly & follow a good healthy balanced diet & your blood sugar should come down to a normal range--it's not a cute just a good management plan, this along with meds

Go to your doctor and be tested properly. Ask for a blood test and a urine test be sure that they state that it is for diabetes. The answer for any health problems is See your doctor first as they would rather see you and find nothing wrong than not see you and then find out that you are ill.

Hi, I got diabetes at 14 and had the same symptoms, if you drink ALOT and it doesn't help that's also another sign. When I went to the doctor he told me it was growing pains... The next day I almost died after I collapsed on the floor in school and woke up in hospital. My body was eating itself and digesting all my fat to make sugar. (Extremely serious part of diabetes). I also searched for the symptoms online before I knew I had it, didn't really do much about it honestly. So no time to waste, go and see your parents and get it checked up, it can happen fast.

If you do indeed have diabetes, there is no way to cure it. Diabetes is the gift that keeps on giving. You need a full check up and a diabetes test. Also a test for Diabetes insipidus .
