I'd stay away from any agency that asks you to pay a fee. Usually, the prospective employer pays a fee if they hire you.

It most certainly is. Employment agencies get a cut from your wages, paid via the employer.

An employment agency gets paid by the employer, not the employee. They get 10-15% of your first year's salary from the employer so there is no reason why you would need to pay. If you are looking at a $30k a year job, they are going to be paid anywhere from $3000-4500 by the employer who hires you so they don't need $95 from you Find another agency
