Let your lawyer handle it. You have very little protection, though. You're probably owed minimum wage and nothing else. After all, there was no signed contract. No agreement on what you'd be paid. However, didn't it occur to you to contact your lawyer when you were presented with a NEW contract? Or when he didn't pay you? Or when, after you quit, he didn't pay you? Also--and this is not meant to be insulting--you clearly have a very limited grasp of the English language. You are at an extreme disadvantage trying to pursue this yourself with your very limited communication skills. Let your lawyer handle it.
