Only if you took it and were ill. Of course they would say that you should double check what you were given.

If the pharmacist misread the prescription and filled it incorrectly you should get your money back. But If you are looking at a lawsuit, unless it nearly killed you, I doubt you would even want to go there.

Issuing you with the wrong medication after the correct medication was prescribed by your doctor is medical negligence on the part of the pharmacist but a lot of these cases are very complex. Unless the wrong medication made you very ill it is very difficult to win such lawsuits. If you ended up in the Intensive Care Unit in hospital and your life was in danger you would have a very good case.
