Valve cover and whatever tube seals (valve stem seals)? are doesnt explain oil in the cylinder. It's probably some sensor or fuse gone bad.

The next error is to even consider possible for anyone to "guess" as to what is wrong with this vehicle. Only a mechanic can find what is wrong. Normally cars just do not stop working unless they are our of gas and lose electrical power. You claim to have fuel. You mention the battery. Cars are incredible complex machines and there is a reason as to why people have to be trained and certified to work on cars. Go find one. Guessing is not allowed in car repairs.
