Watching what you eat is definitely important, but the real key to losing weight, and getting physically fit in the process, is getting active. Another person said to do 30 minutes of exercise daily, and they are right but that doesn't mean you have to do weight lifting or something really taxing. Take a walk around the block twice a day to start off with. Gradually make the distance longer and then add some sprints later on. You'd be surprised what this will lead too. If you have a dog, take him, too.

Count every calorie you eat. Slowly decrease the amount you eat. If you want to eat something unhealthy make sure you throw it up or chew it and spit it out. Drink water mixed with baking soda to help you purge. Do at least 30 minutes of exercise daily. Eat normal food but small. Obsess over the calories you eat. Before you knwo it, you will be 95 pounds:)
