You should look into boxing, as in the sport. its extremely good exercise, its good for building tone, and when done properly works nearly every large muscle group in your body.

The other answers have sufficiently addressed the workouts that you could do and I won't add anything other than to say, good for you! The only thing I'd address is the protein powders since no one else has answered that. Basically, protein powders can be great to boost your results from workouts.
