Baltasar, don't be afraid of what other people think :) I got my first tattoo at age 41, and now 16 weeks later I have 17 total, and I am not finished. Some people like them, some people don't but it is my body and what matters is I like them. I like the way they look and I like the way they make me feel :) And that is what important. I think it is awesome that you are a caring person who cares about others like that. So many many people don't. But sometimes in life you have to and need to do for yourself. Make yourself happy :))) If you go to a good artist, I don't think you will regret your tattoos. But if you don't get them, you may regret that.

Well, it's just not possible to please everybody we meet in life. It's your body and if you choose to decorate it that way, that's your right. Some people are going to be supportive, some will like your tattoo. Others are going to hate it and most people probably won't care either way. The only thing that really matters is, that you yourself like it in the long term. If you're sure this is what you want go and get it done! Just make sure to pick a good tattoo artist. A tattoo this size is not going to be cheap. But it looks very good, in my opinion. I was around 28 or 29 when I chose to get my first tattoo and to this day I do not regret it nor to I regret any of the other ones I got since then. It did not make any noticeable difference in the way people treat me and most comments I received were positive ones.
