alright, now i have a question for you, why? Obviously, all you have to avoid is meat based foods, you may or may not consider egg is available, its up to you. Pros, you will be healthy, with many of the essential vitamins cons- you will lose out in a lot of protein. Your body will not be in top shape. If you are over weight, you will probably lose weight, you will probably go to underweight, or in the weight range, this depends on how much food you eat. It is a low chance that you will gain weight. I dont dont this is a good choice, y? You are losing nutrition that is found in meat. You can get the vitamins from a vitamin supplement, which can easily be found at GNC, or some other nutrition store. Your body will probably not be in the best shape that you want. extra information. Herbivores are built with teeth that are dull, Carnivores are built with teeth that are sharp Humans are built with both kinds, to eat meat, and non meat i dont mean hug meat, but there is no point becoming vegeterian, i dont know your reason, so i cannot give you information against your reason, but this is general.

My sister is a vegetarian and she's perfectly healthy... You just hv to eat alot of proteins like beans and stuff... Try making japanese foods... They hv quite alot healthy and protein foods :) I think being a vegetarian is good and not bad at all ... In fact alot of ppl who eat alot of meats r more unhealthy you hv to eat vegetables too in order to stay healthy... But overall, seeing my sister staying vegetarian is not a bad idea ;) hope I helped! pros- you can SAVE the animals life!!! :D

I'm also vegetarian and i'm still healthy but i always use to follow my diest chart and my food timing are fixed. I use full proteins, fat and vitamin enriched food to maintain the complete energy level in my body. You know that i never fall ill in my life period of 25. But here, i don't know the reason why you want to become vegetarian. According to me if you are love non veg then you never stop yourself to eat non veg.

Ignore Z. He is is ignorragant (sorry, new favorite word, ignorant and arrogant) about eating meat. There are no nutrients that are only found in meat. Protein is actually abundant in plant based food. B12 is the most problematic, but use nutritional/edible/savory/brewers yeast aka nooch which tastes amazing and is the only reliable vegan source of b12. If you want you can also get this from diary and eggs but as a vegan, I choose not to ツ Eat plenty of dark green veges which have calcium and iron Tofu, seitan, tempeh, beans, peas etc are VERY rich sources of protein Eat plenty of fresh vege and make sure to eat what you like! Vege diets are right if you think they are right for you, if your not sure, I encourage you to try it out for a while and if you don't like it, go back to omni. But these diets can be extremely healthy, and can have a very beneficial impact on the environment. Search for alternates for ur fave omni foods online, but avoid processed fake meat! Good luck!
