all you can do is try. Another alternative is a paramedic or army medic

You are as smart as you want to be. What determines success in a career, imho, is not how "smart" you are but how much effort you put into it. If a smart person never studied, could they become a doctor? Heck no. But if you work hard and really go for it, I'm sure you can accomplish whatever you want.

You're stubborn and foolish, yes. Being intuitive about your sisters' condition isn't medical practice, it's intuition. That certainly would be valuable in a nurse too. There's a particular hierarchy to medical studies though. Dedicate yourself to the physical sciences now. If you can get through that, OK. If you can't, you're not going to be a medical doctor. You can't just will yourself into the position. I would not want to have a consult from someone who really really really wanted to be a doctor but had no evident skill in the job.

If that is what you want to do then regardless of how smart you are that is what you need to do. Just sit down and figure out how to get what you want. Refuse to settle for anything less.

I did not see a question here. But some of us simply did not get the smarts needed for some things in the genetic lottery.

No such thing as not being smart enough, but there is such thing as not being determined enough. Which one are you?

The work load for a degree in medicine is more immense than anything that you can do at school. You have to learn a lot and the course is really really hard. Lots and lots of people aren't smart enough to do medicine so they choose something else. See if you can study to become a paramedic instead, you will still be helping people, or a nurse.
