None of these makes any sense. "Have" would fit.

have, which would be simple present. (C would be the closest.) i usually do have the television on all the time... i am used to having the television... having the television on all the time.. i have to have the television on... d-??? can't think of a grammatically correct sentence using those words in that order.

Have is correct. It is present tense.
