You can have "like" a computer cooler and still overheat (grammar is atrocious). Buy a can of compressed air and blow out the vents - usually at the back of the laptop, while it is turned off. You probably should also use ccleaner to remove all temp files and stop a lot of resource stealing stuff from loading at startup as that will also increase CPU usage and generate more heat.

your computer is so installed that he shut off when the powerlevel is blow an level, therefor the charger should be connected to the powerconnector on the laptop remove carefully the dust from the coolinggaps and check if you can place the computer under another angle or move the cooler under the settings for the battery you can select an option when the drive is not turning the power level can reduced and also when the mouse is not moved or a key pressed but do not change the settings for the battery when to shut off only when the setting is to a sleep mode then choose total shut off make a copy of the original settings

It is the problem of your system cooler please clear the dust or any problem to the cooler otherwise try with a new one...:)
