You signed it agreeing with that. You should not have signed that, or negotiated a little about it.

then you shouldn't have signed a lease if you wanted to have parties. if you want to have quiet dinner parties that would be okay, but most leases have clauses about excessive noise in general and a loud party would violate that.

Ask your landlord to make an exception and if he/she doesn't I recommend not having a party it may get you kicked out no no one would want that
