Ok here's some tips, good luck and hope they help: Do at least half an hour jog/run in the morning before breakkie because you heart rate will be faster and fat cells should be bursting- so tht when you eat the food will be digesting already. No snacking in between meals No chewing gum before meals-or after-adds air-makes you feel hungary. If you have tea or coffee- no sugar-semi skimmed milk. Brisk walking before a meal. Try yoga after breakfast. Have a filling breakfast eg toast-avoids you from feeling hungary later...have a later lunch-probs 3 1/2 hours after breakfast. Cut down on chocolate-unless its dark. Acidic fruits-emulsify fats-not lemon! Oranges apples pineapple etc Water consumption no juice! I hope this works-did for me!

u got lots of time go an see if u can join the gym do some workouts do weight training cardio exercise and get on a special diet.. lower carbs an lower sugars an processed foods
