ok hm cut the soda and chips ok- ok eat five times a day and eat every three hours. three of them should be healthy meals of about 4 to 500 caloriea and the other two should be healthy snacks of about 200 calories . and excersice well to tone your body.and well help loose weights.and burn fat quicker since your boosting your metabolism by eating healthy. good luck

So 69 pounds wouldn't be ok? What kind of ridiculous logic is that? Haha I'm just messing with you, but I'm trying to bring up a point, which is that if you really have such concrete and difficult goals, you'll never be successful. You're going to have to make drastic changes to your lifestyle and stick to them religiously, without obsessing over the results. Losing that kind of weight is like chopping down a tree, you're only going to see minute changes with each chop, until one day, 6 months later in your case, the whole thing is going to fall into place. The changes will be so small though they'll be hard to notice. The ONLY thing that will work is drastically reducing your calories and doing cardiovascular workouts EVERY day, 30-60 minutes at high intensity. If you don't do those 2 things, completely cut out junk food and sugars (including white breads, rice, pasta, sugarly juices, etc) and switch to small portions of grilled chicken/fish, nuts, and veggies with the intense exercise, there's no way you'll do 70lbs in 6 months.
