first of all stop eating cereals becz they contain more than 15% of sugar in it. you can eat fruits and vegetables because they are healthy. you can eat junk foods if u like but not too many like once in a week. stop eating potatoes for a 5 months because it contains alot of fat stop having icecreams n chocolates as they contain alot of sugar.
