Try adding some details. I have no desire to re-type the entire Fair Housing Act of 1968.

ESA are not allowed under the same guidelines as service and guide dogs. These dogs are trained for a certain job and or duty and the must be allowed to perform it at will. For instance, my Service dog was trained to retrieve things I drop and items from lower shelves in grocery stores. I have severe artheritis in my back hands, and legs. EMA are actually trained for nothing, so do not fall under same guidelines.
