Well, there's an $80-$90 laptop at Walmart I guess. Check it out it has 250+GB, 3GB of RAM, and a 2.2Ghz. Not so bad.

For your limited needs, check Craigslist for a used one.,if you're near a major city. I found a great Dell business-grade laptop for a friend, there. (only $100., came with a new hard drive) or, look into those Chromebooks

We are not going to find the computer for you. You need to do that yourself to make sure its legit and everything. The best way to buy a cheap laptop is Ebay. They have secondhand laptops and brand new laptops for the cheap folk out there. Go on Ebay and find something you like and if you don't have an Ebay account then make one. You Americans also have a website called Amazon that probably sells cheap laptops? Juan Talavera has provided a good store which does actually sell laptops for you're price range.

Dell Inspiron is always reliable pretty much. Just get as much RAM as you can because that'll help against freezing and have some storage but honestly cloud storage works great between or google drive and others. Other than that I'd highly consider looking at a refurbished MacBook Air or Pro. I have a 2008 iMac that's had zero problems compared to my family's two brand new window laptops that have gotten buggy and crashed or slowed down. Macs are extremely reliable and very easy to learn about and use. I haven't had a single security or freezing issue! Also you can get Microsoft office for Mac but to save money you can get iWork which is the Apple equivalent to Microsoft office! With Pages, Keynote, and Numbers like Word, PowerPoint, and excel respectively. And it I'm pretty sure it's free or max $60 compared to $120 for office!
