You can neither SLI or Crossfire, but with two PCIe x 16 slots, you can use Explicit Multi-Adapter of DirectX 12 in Windows 10 for the few games that support it. https://www.pcgamesn.com/ashes-of-the-singularity/directx-12s-cross-brand-multi-gpu-capability-tested-nvidia-and-amd-cards-now-work-together-in-harmony NVidia is SLI, AMD is Crossfire. You have NVidia cards. SLI cards must have the same GPU in the approximate same performance. It must have an SLI compatible motherboard. It needs a power supply strong enough to support the system. Besides which, a GTX 960 adds very little to the 980 TI.
