I'm addicted to sims 3 omg. i'd recommend Supernatural and Pets personally, both add quite a lot to your game and you get a lot from them, definitely worth the money. with SN you get vampires, fairies, werewolves, witches and more ghosts, and I love the neighbourhood that ships with the game. Pets is awesome too because you get not just cats and dogs, but horses, unicorns and smaller pets like lizards and snakes. really it depends what you're looking for in the game, if you're into realistic families then I'd say pets but if you're looking for the supernatural creatures and abilities for your Sims (like me) then Supernatural is the way to go. the only problem with SN is that it's quite 'heavy' if that makes sense (adds loads to your game, like a full moon cycle that can get annoying, and NPCs turn into supernatural creatures, though this can be configured in 'options' I think) and it can have a pretty heavy impact on gameplay in general.. make sure your computer can handle it, my old one couldn't. read more about these particular expansion packs here: sims.wikia.com/wiki/The_Sims_3:_Supernatural sims.wikia.com/wiki/The_Sims_3:_Pets

I recommend Sims 3 Supernatural. With Supernatural, you can play with Fairies, Witches, Werewolves, and if you don't have Late Night (which you don't), Vampires. You also get to learn the Alchemy skill to craft potions which make gameplay interesting. Witches can bring other Sims back from the dead temporarily as Zombies! Fairies can turn other Sims into Toad Sims for awhile, and there is a potion to turn Sims into Tragic Clowns. Having Fairies, Witches, Werewolves, and Vampires really makes the game a little more interesting.
