I promise that if you follow my plan, the weight will drop off. Ride a bike at least 45 mins. a day. Go to the gym and ride if you live in a winter cold climate. No sugar. At all. Extremely limit your carbs. Double up on veggies, and eat less meat. Eat the most right after your workouts Good luck ! You can do it !
