This is not normal, though it is frighteningly common. You have an eating disorder. Your body image is distorted. You think you are fat when in reality you are substantially underweight. Please see your doctor. Your doctor will help you. You don't have to keep suffering.

You're not fat at all, and I'm sure you're not ugly either. I understand what it is like to feel the pressure from the media etc, and I understand that you want to lose weight, and everyone will tell you that you don't need to, and it will annoy you, but I do understand. You really don't need to lose weight though, and I am not saying it to be annoying. You should try to think about more positive things about yourself that you like. The more you tell yourself that you are fat and ugly, the more you will believe it, and one's mind can be very cruel. Don't let yourself be mean to yourself! Everyone is beautiful in their own way, and you really aren't over weight. Breakfast is very important and so is lunch! Try to eat something for breakfast, even if it is just a bit of fruit. This actually helps your metabolism, so if you are serious about losing weight, this will help (:
