It's a good thing, you are gaining muscle and losing fat. Fat weighs less than muscle, that's why.

You can still build muscle from cardio, If you get sore from an exercise, you are building muscle. Also, a common misconception is that you will lose weight in the area where you exercise. Your body has a method of where it decides to burn fat, and it isn't always where you would expect.
