If you take money you did not work for you could be made to pay it back, and of course it would be in the future at the least favorable moment. So don't take money you did not earn. Or do some kind of work in exchange for pay now..

If they've agreed to pay you, they have to pay you. If they've given you a payslip without paying you, they are committing a criminal offence. Are you sure it's not just your bank running slow?

If your payslip shows hours you've worked and what you have earned then yes, you have to be paid.

this question is so easy...duh....they have transferred the money into your account and so you only get a payslip. NO cash, just check your account and you will find your wages there.

Well have you checked your bank account to see if the money is in there?? If its not, speak to your HR or Wages Dept. There might be a mistake with the bank details you gave, or sometimes you get a wage slip a day or two before the money goes into your account (we often do). And of course they have to pay you - what sort of question is that !! LOL

If the payslip shows payment made and your bank account has not received it then they have made a mistake. Raise it with your manager.
