contact Tmboile for your upgrade date..... it should be 20 months into current contract.... that makes yoru upgrade date April 2014.... when you upgrade, you acecpt a new 2 yr contract. The old contract becomes void.... So if you upgrade in 4/2014... it ends in 4/2016, making upgrade date 12/2015

T-Mobile ended their 2 year contract for new subscribers. However if you are still on a contract you would have to complete your 2 year contract. T-Mobile got rid of their cell phone upgrade or discounted rate with contracts.. What this means is ....you can upgrade your phone at any time. However you would have to make monthly installments for the phone for 2 years. So for instance the iphone 5s would cost you $49.99 up front and then each month you would pay $25.00 for the next 24 months. You would pay for your monthly plan plus the monthly installment extra, in this case a extra $25.00 each month. So the cost of the iphone 49.99 + (25.00 X 24 months) = 649.99. So after two years you would pay a total of $649.99 which is the cost of the phone. This does not include the monthly plan rate.
