Usually you hear in about 30 days. Contact them and find out what is going on.

Your claim was settled already by your insurance probably didnt have any physical damage so you wouldnt collect due to the fact that the accident was your thankful the other party didnt sue you for more...but when you dont hear the adjusters at your company and the other guys company settle it and if they dont need you then they dont contact you...but you should have and probably did receive a notice of settlement....2 ways to find that out....if your rates went up and with a clue report.......also......if you hurt someone they could have ongoing medical problems meaning that the case is still open....if you dont have a claim number from 12 months ago.....forgeddabout it....if u the claims dept of your ins carrier ...give them the claim number...and say...whats the status? good luck by the way....ramon is right....make the question grammatically correct!! lmao

This error is so common I get a feel kids are just copying their errors without knowing the difference. Adam, you failed a claim as to what and with whom? You have been extremely neglectful as to this claim. Asking here versus asking directly to the people, agency, company, etc. involved with you is more indication that you have no clue as to what you are doing. If you have an issue deal with the issue directly and promptly. Sitting on your couch waiting for the "pizza" to arrive, a pizza you order last month is foolish. Would you agree?
