Have you tried safe mode? If not, here is info about how to use it. https://support.us.playstation.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1488 I don't think the issue is your GPU because you would still get a display. It would just show screen tearing, artifacts, pixelization, unusual colors, etc. You said you have tried resetting the AV format, have you tried a new HDMI cable?
