You need a 4 gauge wiring kit,Rockford Fosgate make's a good one.It will come with everything needed for your amplifier install including the RCA cable. If you can't afford this type kit Wall Mart has a cheaper one but not as good.If you plan on a second amplifier you will need a distribution block for the end closest to the amp itself.

Hard to say based on that info. Power Acoustik is a budget brand that likes to make a big deal about their meaningless peak power ratings. So an amp advertising 1200w may only produce around 400w rms. If that's the case you'd want a quality 8 awg wiring kit. If you've looked past the peak power ratings and you're looking at 1200w rms actual power is likely to be 800-1000w rms which would need a 4 awg kit. A well equipped kit should have everything you need -- power/ground wires, remote wire, signal (rca) cables, speaker wire and wire terminals. SOME kits do not include speaker wire so you'd need to pick that up as well. 12 awg ideally, but 14-16 awg would probably be adequate.
