sometimes people aren't the best when it comes to showing affection. you are probably seeking her attention (not intentionally) and she isn't giving it to you and thats why you feel sad/depressed? is there anyone else you can talk/confide to? someone that you can share your emotions or feelings with? whether it may be a friend, relative or just someone you really trust? talk to them if you can, and hopefully this will fill some of the emptiness you are feeling when it comes to your mother. as for your mother, it doesn't sound like you are doing anything worng..it is all her. she needs to put work and finances aside and spend personal time with those people who matter (you). there really isn't anything you could do to change the way she is but you can try changing your mentality and learn how to not "need" her. even though everyone does need that motherly love, sometimes some of us don't receive it. the best way to make up for it is to find it somewhere else…in a father, sibling, friend, or other relative…maybe even in ourselves. you can deal with this by distracting yourself whenever you feel sad or depressed..get your mind off of things like taking up a hobby or going for a run. wishing you the best!

Romans 10:19, Again I ask: Did Israel not understand? First, Moses says, "I will make you envious by thos ehwo are not a nation; I will make you angry by a nation that has no understanding." 20, And Isaiah boldly says, "I was found by those who did not seek me, I revealed myself to thos ewho did not Ask for me." "All day long I have held out my hands to a disobedient and obstinate people."
