We can all achieve our dreams as long as we work hard, stay focused and concentrate all our efforts in the same direction, ignoring distractions. Obviously, you need the highest possible grades at GCSE and A levels preferably in English, Maths and Science, so concentrate on these and consider universities at a later stage. You have to go to medical school and train to be a Doctor first. When you are in your 30s/40s you might then be able to become a Neurosurgeon. Google Doctors training in the UK. It will tell you what grades you need and how to start. You are being laughed at because no one trains for this before qualifying as a Doctor. UK
