You can eat anything if you put it in a blender or food mill and make it soft and swallow-able! I had to eat like this for a while after stomach surgery--I was able to even have pizza as long as it was ground up fine enough. Make your regular meals and then just blend them to semi-pourable consistency.

How about smoothies. Split pea soup too.

There is black bean soup in a carton in the health food section. It is organic and has no lumps. The soup is pulverized. You can duplicate that at home. Use the food processor, then, strain it out.

Creamy Vegan Carrot Soup with Coconut Ingredients: 2-3 large carrots, chopped small 1 onion, chopped small 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced 1 1/2 tsp curry powder 1 3/4 cup vegetable broth 1 14 ounce can coconut milk sea salt, to taste Preparation: Simmer the carrots, onions, ginger and curry powder in vegetable broth for 20-25 minutes, until carrots are soft. Allow to cool slightly, and then puree in blender, working in batches if eneded. Return to heat and stir in coconut milk until well combined. Season generously with sea salt, to taste.
