go and buy some big plastic tubs, throw everything in them and stack them in the corner, you can even throw things in them that are all vaguely related to make it easier to find stuff later.

You obviously have too much stuff or your room is too small for your needs. Throw away anything that you really do not need. Put clothes that you wear in the wardrobe and clothes that you don't wear donate to a friend or a charity. As I don't know how much room ie cupboards and drawers that you have just dispose with as much as you can bear to live without. As you have worked hard for 8 hours you must be nearly there..............Merry Christmas-Happy Holiday :-) ......................

Feeling overwhelmed and disorganized doesn't help. Start small, so that you can feel some success and it will motivate you to do more. Start simple like this: 1. Grab 3 buckets or boxes and label them as Keep, Throw, Donate. 2. Start in an area of your room (perhaps your desk) and start filling boxes. Only keep what you truly love, will use or absolutely need. Throw or donate the rest. 3. When you've finished this area, go back to your Keep box and start putting things away. If you are feeling good, then keep going with other areas of you room. If not, be happy with your progress and do more when you can. Trust me, once you start and can see how simply this strategy works, you'll want to keep going! I've added a blog post called "10 ways to be neat, tidy and organized every day" which I think you'll find useful. Good luck.

-First, make up the bed (this makes the room look 50% better). -Next, put all dirty dishes in the sink to soak. -Place all dirty clothes in the hamper. -Place all clean clothes in the drawer or closet. -Pick all trash up from the floor. -Organize all like items i.e. nail polish, belts etc. -Sweep/vacuum the floor. -Spray a little air freshener.

Your going to have to clean it up! Just do a little at a time. Don't overwelm yourself by trying to get it all done in a day. Once it's done keep it that way. Do a cleaning at least once a week.

I had the same problem with room clean for 1 hour a day and your room will become more clean. Throw away things that you can't use by the end of the week or any thing that you don't like or need
