I'd take a pregnancy test. or jump for joy that menopause has finally set in. what is more likely? But please note our periods can be erratic at different times for many or no reasons.

If you have an IUD that uses hormones (like Mirena), missing your period is normal. After awhile, a lot of women stop having them altogether. The technical term for missed periods is "amenorrhea" so if you would like to research more that might be a helpful term.

well considering the fact you had the iud for so long, your body could be used to it now. if you're that concerned then you should see a gyno
