feeling full is your ONLY evidence that makes you think it had real meat in it? I think you might be a bit paranoid. In any case, I kind of agree with the other poster even though I am not a vegan. If you are dedicated to not eating meat or meat products, why seek out fake meats? Doing so could also feed into your craving for meat when avoiding even that might help you get past that craving.

Any type of food can make you full, not just meat. If it said "vegan" on it, then it probably was. I smell a troll.
