Of the billion people in India, you can't find anyone to marry besides your own cousin? Are you really that insecure? Yes, there are a myriad of genetic issues that your children could suffer from, not to mention the shame of being inbred. Go find a non-blood-relation to date and have a family with.

Your grandmother's younger sister's daughter is your first cousin once removed. You share somewhat less of your ancestry than you would if she were your full first cousin. Generally speaking, as long as there are no other close cousin marriages in your ancestry, and neither of you has any genetically-carried disease, your chances of having normal children are as good as anybody's. If you two are actually considering marriage, see if you can find a medical expert in genetic counseling, who can examine your family trees and give you a more exact answer.
