you should get out once every 3 days or week or however you feel comfortable and make an effort to socialize being around people may help. Have fun and enjoy life!! ;p

We all are born and eventually will die. These are the two certain things in everyone's life. You do not generally set your own death date. Many things(genetics, the way you live, and your surroundings) can speed you to an early death or extend your life beyond what most people live. You are in charge of much of that. You can worry right up until your final day(which can increase your stress and end your life earlier) or you can do what most happy people do and decide to make each day count for something. Whether it is to work to better your life, talk to someone to make their lives better, or to just smile at someone to let them know the world isn't such a bad place, it is better than to worry about whether you are going to be here tomorrow.

It is normal to be afraid to live or to die, but if the thought is already bothering you even while doing your daily activities, I suggest you reflect on your thoughts and your life itself. If it gets worse, people will suggest you to a psychologist which is helpful but if you still can control your own self, do it. If you're fear is mild then you are nothing to worry about because that is completely normal. If it bothers you, just take a deep breath and think of a happy thought or memory, or even fake smile because that works too. Think of the people you love and the things you want to do in the future like your dreams and goals. Remember that we have no control over the things that are bound to happen to us but that does not mean we cannot choose our own paths. Choose the path of acceptance towards all the possibilities. You might not be able to control life and death, but you can control your "now". Now is the moment you are living. The past is done. The future is uncertain. So just relax. Focus on the things you are doing now and you'll be fine. Good luck! :)

Hi Rosie... life on our planet Earth is primarily meant to be a 'learning process'. Learn as much as you can, while you can. The simplest way to avoid pain, is to do your best to never bring pain, to fellow Humans. Learning to lead a good life is not always easy... but it is worth it. Regards... Haemish.

learn to develop a mood of calm confidence. it can be done. if you want to know how, contact me via the channels provided. otherwise, create your own way to develop it. remember, whatever thoughts and emotions your attention dwells on, generate more of their own kind. use that fact for your own well being, rather than that fact running rampant toward your own ill being. The entertainer who sang "I'm Dreaming of a White Christmas.." forgot his name. He was playing golf with two friends. Went back to the clubhouse, into the locker room, look at his two friends and said "Thank you for a great golf game," and fell face down to the floor. Dead. No pain, no regrets.
