Ask your supervisor about health insurance options. I doubt part time employees at Dollar General are offered health insurance. That is what all this Obamacare discussion is about.

You need to talk to your manager.

Why would you put that they offered you health insurance if you're not aware whether they do or not? Call HR and ask. I doubt they would for part-time employees, otherwise they'd have to change the name of the store.

IF, Dollar general is offering any kind of insurance for part timers, my guess is one of those "benefit" plans, which is not health insurance. Generally, have seen in retail, they offer this for around $10 per week to part timers, that most young people today, "think" this is health insurance, but may have only a max of $10,000 to $25,000 paid out each year, which is not health insurance. Ask your manager. They should have given you some type of benefit package, like if they pay for sick time, vacation and health insurance or benefit plan.
