Sounds really healthy but try to get some good fats in there (to help your skins/hair/nails..) e.g. nuts, fish, olives. Also, there's nothing wrong with adding in a few more carbs, perhaps have a couple of new potatoes with your chicken? Boiling /steaming them will keep it healthy.
