For files if you don't already have an external harddrive or even a fair sized USB thumb drive, you can move the files easily that way. A large capacity thumb drive can be bought for as cheap as 10$ at walmart or similar places. For bookmarks and other in browser things, if your using Google chrome, and your signed into the browser, when you download chrome on the new computer and sign in there should be an option to import everything.

There is a folder in my computer that has the browser files in. There should be a folder called 'Bookmarks'. Copy and paste these files into your new PC browser folder.
