you could try thinking of other things, reading a book/magazine, listening to music

if you are waking up tired you aren't getting enough sleep. keep a sleep diary and keep a record of what time you go to bed and when you wake up. go to bed earlier. find ways to deal with your stress. try writing a list of all the things you are worrying about and "have" to do. Then priorities them so you can do the most important thing first.

make sure your getting enough protein, which will make sure your muscles are fed! if your muscles arent feeling great your defienlty wont be. I can also reccomand taking a natural supplement! makes you feel 10 times better than you normally would!
