a few days ago, I encountered the same problem as yours. I couldn't fully uninstall conduit toolbar. It looks like I have deleted it from Chrome. But when I open Google Chrome, it appear again. This is so annoying. And the Chrome could not work well. Fortunately I finally found the solution to get rid of the toolbar. You can use the software removal tool with Force Uninstall utility to help you fix the problem. It is available.
