Why do you cut? Because you're sad? Go ahead and cry. Really hard. But once you're done, you're done. Pick yourself up, throw the razor blade away. And find something that won't only distract you, but will also hopefully replace your coping mechanism. Working out for example

well thats to be honest very hard to do on own unless ur really strong person i feel. one way you could try to do on ur own is getting rid of all the sharp objects in the house and ur room, get it out of ur view and hands. that way u cant cut anyway theres nothing to do so. also when u feel like u need to cut get something like a straw and use on ur skin that way does no damage. i would still also consider consuling. u dont have to say u cut just tell parents u are going through things with stress etc and u need someone to talk with and maybe later as u go tell them about the cutting. ur parents will love u still and would like to know these things. they will help and support u dont worry about that. there ur parents. everything will be ok if u tell them. i wish u the best and good luck

First of all, you should be very, very proud of yourself. Look, you are standing up and acknowledging that you don't need this. You should be proud. I am. Use a rubber band. Slap it against your wrist. My friend who cut did that, and it helped her so so much. Take whatever you use to cut, and chuck it out your window into the yard. It will prove to you how strong you are. You are so beautiful, don't cut. You have gotten through a month already, you can do this.
