Rust isn't a problem on brake rotors, except where the pads run. If you drive the car, the area where the pads run will be nice and shiny.

Drive the vehicle at least once a day. All rotors rust over night. That;s why you sometimes get noise first thing in the morning.

Brake rotors are often made from cast iron a metal that is susceptible to surface rust. This will wash the salt off the rotors, preventing them from rusting.First brake clean your rotors and clean all the debris off. Then cover the entire rotor with Caliper paint i used black.

Impossible, unless you decide to store it in a dry place and only drive it on sunny days. Even a car wash will form surface rust on the face of the rotor but after the first time you apply the brakes the rust will disappear.
