Walking and running is a great way to get in shape. This will also help with depression. This is good because you can do it at any time regardless of the weather and you can listen to music or watch TV at the same time. To loose weight you need to burn off more calories than you consume. Start slow and build up. At leqast 30 minutes of this type of exercise most days of the week is a good aim.
